The Brehon Law Society mourns the death of Nelson Mandela, a freedom fighter, patriot, and leader who served as an inspiration to all oppressed peoples including those involved in the struggle for freedom in the North of Ireland. May his voice ring for eternity, quelling oppression wherever it may flourish. Forever in our hearts, we say, “Amandla Awethu.”
